Current Openings
- Has a degree in law, preferably masters, from a reputed university;
- Valid practice certificate from his/her respective home jurisdiction;
- A minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably up to 10 years of experiences as a Shipping / Maritime Lawyer;
- Outstanding communication skills, specifically in English;
- Preferably legal experience in the United Arab Emirates;
- Preferably sea-going experience, combining technical knowledge with legal expertise.
- Must have outstanding communication skills in Arabic (NATIVE) (including drafting) and English.
- Has a relevant Bachelor of Law degree, preferably Masters;
- Has bar association or similar evidence of eligibility to practice in relevant home jurisdiction;
- A minimum of 10 years of UAE / Middle East experience, out of which 5 years must be as Senior Litigator.
